RE:NEWSHere is the most likely scenereo. StageZero will file for bankruptcy going forward. Therefore wiping out all shareholders. Then the insiders would buy out the assets and have a new name to replace that of StageZero going forward and take it private. Later on they could go back to list on an exchange to raise capital for their operations. Seen it before with other stocks.
