RE:RE:Will BTE revisit $6.86+If the pandemic taught me nothing else, it taught me that the press can't be trusted. I am not a conspiracy theory guy and thought Trump sounded like an idiot when we was running for office and gained office in 2016 announcing that the press was full of fake news.
But he's right. There is so much BS being published, and much of it for nefarious purposes. In the pandemic everyone was looking for clicks as I now understand it. Remember "Domestic abuse is way up in the pandemic with everyone at home", or "pregancies and births are way up with everyone at home". Those articles were published repeatedly represented as fact. The actual data from 2020-2022 shows exactly the opposite. Domestic violence went down and pregnancies/births also went down. Total BS. Somebody literally making something up out of thin air.
Don't get me started on all the misinformation about the pandemic itself, masking, and vaccines...from both sides of the debate.
The only way to know the truth is to go right to the source. Read the scientific article and review the data. Even then, some of the scientific articles are garbage, designed to be sensationalist rather than advance research.
With investing, the Wall Street quants have programmed algorithims to trade lightning fast and frequently based on news coming over the wire. So professional traders have learned that they can trick the algorithms temporarily with fake news giving them a window to take a position or sell. They have either teamed up with the press or formed their own. Goldman Sachs came out with a downgrade on WTI today and then all kinds of fake OPEC rumours hit the headlines. Coincidence? What do you think Goldman's game plan was for Monday this week? I guarantee it wasn't selling energy.
It's disappointing. I used to take media for gospel. I assumed a high degree of professionlism and accuracy. It's not possible anymore. What is true is false and what is false is true. The only problem is you don't know when and what to believe.

We should know around 10am if BTE is going to close up or down unless of course something changes Monday afternoon that we can't see right now." How about that fake news WSJ in the morning, followed by Saudi calling the BS. I guess that might be the Monday morning and afternoon item we couldnt have predicted. Or could we?

If oil is up BTE could be up. If oil is down BTE could be down.
Of course if oil is up BTE could be down but I can say in some cases with oil down BTE could go up
We should know around 10am if BTE is going to close up or down unless of course something changes Monday afternoon that we can't see right now.
I think we have a lot of economic dara in November, December and January that could swing the stock price. Of course if that data is good we could go up, unless we go down. Unless of course the data is bad which could drive things down unless it is viewed as positive and we go up
For now we wait but i predict the Friday close is either above or below $6.85
