Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

I am the rational one that likes to deal w facts and truth. Bencro likes to change his tune based on the day. One day BTD granted Nov-Dec, then next "applied" for in Nov-Dec, using the same document as his reference. In the past ppl said bencro and roger were one in the same. I didn't think it was true for a while, but they both like to troll stockhouse, have the same ego and have never been wrong...
