RE:KRC Target priceKRC: "The Edge device remains the catalyst for 2023. On the regulatory front, FLYHT is focused on receiving STC certifications for its Edge device for both the A320 and B737. Given delays on the aviation regulatory body front, we expect to hear updates later this year/early 2023. On the marketing front, FLYHT has presented its Edge device and associated SaaS services at 16 shows/clients so far this year and consequently,
management stated that it has entered contract stage with some. Already 19 shows/clients are booked for 2023."
KRC: "Upcoming catalysts... We expect to hear announcements of AFIRS 228/Edge device STCs, continued traction with regards to the AFIRS 228 and initial Edge device contract(s), and a potential WVSS order."
KRC: "We continue to believe that (the Edge), subject to Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) certification, will be a company maker for FLYHT."
"
Development for the A320 (via Coral Jet) and a Calgary-based airline for the B737 is undergoing final testing and certification with first run Edge devices. We believe that the first implementation of the Edge, for both devices, will be completed by year end. Originally, we anticipated this would occur by the end of Q3/October, but delays by the aviation authorities due to work from home practices are stretching out the authorization process. FLYHT has launch customers for at least 4 aircraft types. Additionally, FLYHT has demonstrated the units in Japan and Indonesia to 15 airlines."
