RE:RE:friday night news release? They decided to not crush empty rocks from the locals wich is ok for me. NSA didn't bring mineralized material as planned, so the contract have to be renegociate before going forward with them, wich is ok for me.
There is this GEM legal battle that still piss off, but from what i see, it might be coming at the time where we GER can pay for this having sold the phosphate prop. Let see what the regulators think about this transaction around GEM claim, and maybe GER will get there money back. They already deposit this money from what i understand, even if the legal matter is still developping, wich is ok for me since it is already paid for.
After all, when you look at operation for the time they run the plant, it is obviously improving. There is issue surrounding lab testing, wich is a big part of why we ended up with empty rocks, and piedra dorada accessibility that honduran ministry of mine holding back the transaction approval for whatever reason they have. Anyone with contacts down there who can put pressure to accept the transaction between cobra and piedra dorada ?? Then maybe we could have decent grade and secured material supply....
Hopefully Jean can bring better material to the crusher.
