Tinley's making their own CBD beverages in upcoming quartersIn the CBD Beverages section of the MD&A there is new wording to suggest the company is making new drinks, finally! Hopefully, these drinks are 100mg because that's where the $$$ is at in California.
2021 cannabis bev sales in pic below.
CBD Beverages,
Lakewood is currently producing beverages containing cannabis-derived CBD, CBN, and CBG for third-party brands, and the Company does not presently add cannabis-derived CBD to its own cannabis-infused beverages. For both the US and Canadian infused markets, the company will consider multiple dose strengths and cannabinoid combinations as permitted by each jurisdiction for new product development and reformulation for 2023.
Also, from the MD&A, it looks like Beckett's IP is going to be licensed, hopefully, to an alcohol beverage manufacturer! Total Wine & More intends to feature the 8-product program on in-store end-cap displays as part of its ‘Dry January’ in-store merchandising and promotion initiatives planned for January 2023. The Company is in discussion with additional retailers in the US. The Company’s strategic review of Beckett’s aimed to accelerate the realization of value from Beckett’s Tonics® and Beckett’s ’27® brand assets in the US and Canada without requiring additional investment. Strategic options for expansion in the US and Canada include pursuing additional retail programs against purchase orders and exploring licensing of the Beckett’s IP. Q3 2022 is the best quarter yet in terms of revenue for Tinley's.
The company has surpassed last year's revenues in 3 quarters.
Nearly 100% QoQ growth.
