OTC insanity.....

OTC insanity.....End of day and end of month...last trade for 100 shares at .1993c. for the incredibly huge amount of $ 19.93.  less commission, of course.  Does anyone know if there is truth to what has been mentioned about trades for 100, 200, 300 shares....that they are codes by brokers ( who would not pay comm ) for specific amounts of shares at a specific price.  Don't know personally but a trade for such a dismal amount certainly is not smart for any trader.
