It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

RG just ... somewhat .. got rid of a noose around our neck..... any potential investment partner would have wanted to see that solution ... it's done 

so next step is .... and are potential investors satisfied ? And with that and how do they react ? Was it a condition in order for other things to kick in ?
