RE:RE:Lawsuits They have the FDA, a CRO, the board, multiple professionals in THTX and their doctors all watching this trial. I don't see them sitting on the sort of data that stops a trial. If this is just a case of things fizzling out then that's a subjective decision they can make whenever, if some sizeable signal has emerged then there's no ignoring that. I don't see how you build a lawsuit on that.
You can't sue somebody because you are disappointed how something panned out.
