Anyone have the docket number

Anyone have the docket number for the stock play of a lifetime lawsuit against the evil bashers who brought the almighty behemoth Pyrogenisis to under a buck in the US with all of it's earth shattering technological innovation that companies were crawling all over to get? Ya know.. so many clients that our CEO just couldn't count back in the day? He's not on TV much these days is he? Why is that?
