RE:RE:Great time to buyI can't see why the manufactured home sector would slow down. There is a high concentration of mobile homes in Florida and many were destroyed by Hurricane Ian. At some point, these homes have to be replaced with new mobile homes because 1) many of the damaged homes cannot be repaired, especially the middle-aged and older mobile homes, 2) there is still strong demand for to live in the areas affected by Hurrican Ian, and 3) my understanding is that newer mobile homes were able to withstand the hurricane much better than older homes, which is another reason there will be strong demand to build new manufactured homes.
Same thing with boats & RVs -- originations may have slowed down in the aftermath of the hurricane but once residents get their insurance checks, they will look to replace their boats & RVs and will require financing.
The problem is there is still 3 months before we see Q4 results, and share price could stay depressed.
