RE:Before we go too far...There is an important typo in my previous post.

At the end of the paragraph just past halfway down, the one starting with "In the hopes that...", there is the following passage, "I was hired to write FOR Bioasis and not ABOUT it. I wrote ABOUT Bioasis completely on my own initiative. I was a functional IR contractor. I never spoke for Bioasis. I honoured my contract. Bioasis has not."

That sentence, "I was a functional IR contractor." has an important word missing. It should have stated, "I was NOT a functional IR contractor."

Under the terms of my contract, I was expressly forbidden to engage in IR activities. My disclaimers always made that publicly clear. Bioasis never raised it as an issue and even if they took issue with anything I was doing, they could have cancelled my contract. They never did so.
