RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What Types of News Are Possible? Yup, I agree, KBC. I give the best odds for good news.
It's hard to give odds on even the types of news, let alone on specific news. Whatever it is, it's already known to Bioasis, and there are so many sources for Bioasis news, probably up to two dozen, that picking something is fraught with whimsy. (I don't know if that last phrase has any meaning but it was fun to write. ...fraught with whimsy. How can their be any fraught in whimsy? Right. Ok. Back to it.)
I'll take a shot at some percentage of probability guesses.
No news - 3.42%
Bad news - 1.58%
Neutral news - 25%
Good news - 70%
----------------------
Total 100%
Looking only at good news, expressed out of 100%:
xB3-001 deal with pretty good money - 25%
Janssen, Aposense, Oxyrane, etc. deal with money - 10%
xB3-004/progranulin deal - 15%
All other sources of good news - 20%
-----------------------------------------
Total good news percentages - 70%
I have given xB3-001 the best odds, 25% out of 100%, because at the last Vancouver roadshow in June, DrDR leaked the name of an xB3-001 partner/buyer. There is no guarantee on that name or on the deal actually getting done, or on the timing of it, but it was leaked, by accident it was contended.
But that leak could have been accidentally on purpose, and it did remind me of old Jimmy Elliot, an old man of my youth, who told us about a dance of his youth, back in the 1920s, where he was turned down by The Pretty Girl. In response, standing next to her, he farted a most odorous thing, then turned to the girl and said, "That's OK, missy. I'll take the blame."
DrDR took blame for a mistake, red face, stuttering, and all.
