RE:RE:Planning Commission MeetingThe cancellation of that meeting (if everybody was paying attention) should have little to do with the shareprice today. In the Tehachapi news article it was mentioned that the "thousands of pages" submitted have to be reviewed and if necessary sent back for revision. They did mention that it would be unlikely for the PDP to be in this cancelled meeting.
I have been involved with some very large industrial construction sites and have never seen thousands of pages of documents. Sure 500 pages of specs and a couple hundred drawings but thousands of documents for a residential development?
Wow.
No wondering GRB is unhappy with the costs but hey somebody signed off on this and apparently Stuart Nacht was not allowed to do so.
