RE:RE:RE:RE:More BeveragesTruss Canada was NOT selling into the US - Truss USA contracted production and distribution to a third party in Colorado. The JV is not 'on hold' - the JV was terminated. Molson did say that they may get back in if the the environment chnages - but neve said that itb would necessarily be anotehr JV with loser Hexo.
Truss is not 'transitioning' into a stand alone business. Truss was always incorporated as a separate legal entity - with it's staff and management. The only reason revenue were refelcted on Hexo books was that TRuss didnt have their own sales licence, so Hexo was used a 'middle man' with Truss selling to Hexo and Hexo selling to retailers.
In it's financials Hexo always stated that Truss would begin reporting it's own revenue once it had it's own sales licence - and no longer needed Hexo as middle man. Truss now has that licence.
Yes, quinlashes, businesses are ctreated to realzie gains. Unfortuantley - Truss has been a loser from day 1 - Hexo wrote off $80 million plus their share of quarterly losses. There is no 'gain' - and there'll never be enough of one to recover the accumulated loss.
I'm surprised that for someone who claims in depth knowledge of Hexo - that you dont seem to understand some basic arrangements which are common knowledge.

RE:RE:RE:More Beverages
HEXO and Molson formed a JV together to produce the drinks they are currently selling across Canada and had been selling into the US up until recently when they opted to place that exercise on hold. HEXO holds the IP on the CBD/THC infusion technics so of course they will get royality payments for the right to access those patents.
Are those specific numbers/details broken out in the reports? not that I can see however I would suspect it all ties into the revenue recieved from Truss to HEXO corp with those revenues continuing to be seen by HEXO Corp regardless of Truss transitioning over to it's own stand alone business.
Companies do not work together to form JV Companies simply as something to do, they create JVs in order for BOTH companies to realize a gain from working together.
