if we get point ./9556 shares for each bioasis share" would we not get 0.9956 % of the the current $1.25 for each bio share?

Not sure but I don't think so.

Consider that the shares outstanding for Midatech (MTP) is currently only 3.94 million and they are issuing 79.5 million new shares. What does that do to the share price of MTP?
