from the BTI press release.......

"....Completion of the Arrangement is subject to....including, among other things.... and the approval of at least two-thirds of the votes cast by (i) all Bioasis shareholders, and (ii) Bioasis shareholders together with Bioasis warrantholders and optionholders, voting together as a single class...."

Not that there is another viable option anywhere in sight.
