RE:RE:RE:PenderFundLook at Bill Wood's LinkedIn profile as well. He has a history of running these companies well for a couple of years and selling them off. Constellation has a good non-profit arm that might be interested later on, but I doubt SYZ is on the radar for them just yet.
His personal options are in the $10 range, so this is not a quick sale like CTS, but a long-term position. I believe they would not even entertain offers for another year or two based on the weakness of the share price.
If they are successful with their sales efforts and do another organically financed M&A or two in the next year, we are looking at potentially a $15-20 stock in 2-3 years. Lots of risk with that plan of course - but I've made the argument before that at the end of the day, they produce enough cash flow and are profitable enough that they are trading close to the floor price in any case.
