Those placees with 56.6% and Ladenburg could get that sale done, possibly on schedule and as planned, with DrDR admitted to the venture fund as a partner.

Why, a person could lose his shorts in such an eventuality.

Also, this share price at 11¢ is a concern. What might the Biodexa share price be after the deal is done? The Midatech share price is also a reflection of how badly diluted out of the picture their shareholders are going to be. They're thinking about it just like Bioasis shareholdes are.
