Some of you think...Some of you think this is a game. Others see it as justification for expressing unbridled anger. or for taking a run at me and others.
You stand to lose everything here and there may be ways of preventing that.
All of the things that I have noticed over the last couple of years, and especially since the "accretive" value promised by Dr. Deborah Rathjen through her machinations with Ladenburg Thalmann, have been found in this "merger."
The agreement is purposefully complex. It's hard to figure out and it includes many more vulnerabilities than Bioasis shareholders would have without the deal.
Some of you han't a hope in hell of figuring it out. No offense, just the way it is.
You have every right to express yourseves as you see fit. But this deal is everything that some of us worried about four years ago when Dr.Deborah Rathjen was taking over the company as CEO, and before that as Executive Chair, a pompous post if ever there was one designed to satisfy the ego of an otherwise failed CEO.
Instead of lining up to take shots at others, perhaps you ought to give some thought to saving your investment in Bioasis, because right now, it looks like you just want to fiddle while Rome burns.
I can tell you that I'm worth more in the tent than outside of it.
Just stop. This is serious.
