A law suit may not be needed, zwerp2000. Maybe the deal can be voted down without defaulting on the loans. Maybe the TSX or other regulators can and will intervene.

Information is needed to figure out how to protect shareholder interests, if those interests need protecting.

At 7¢, I don't see much protection happening.
