It operates on a contiguous and an acreage within the heart of the Peace River Oilsands region.

They have some reason for holding back.

Its up to each shareholder to decide if it matters to them, and what the reasoning is.

Mgmts stated reasons are oil prices and drilling results.

Projects compete for capital.    That competition is apparently undecided as of mid Dec.
