RE:suggestion

RE:suggestionMost likely the company will not be around in 6 months.  The record date to vote on the deal has already been filed on SEDAR and it is January 09.  2023,    and the meeting has been called for  February 16,  2023.

Mr. Tan has a conflict of interest.     While he does own 50% plus of the stock and would like to buy out the minority at as low a price as possible,   as CEO he has to answer any legitimate questions or offers from others who might like to pay more than the discount to the existing CASH on the books not counting the other assets of property in Hong Kong and Mainland China,  and very few liabilities at all.

I had calculated the book value of the company at about $2.60 canandian and with near zero liabilities.
