Some Thoughts in Summary

Some Thoughts in Summary
I'm on the record about how this may have developed, or self-destructed, or was destroyed, whatever it was. I have posted my thoughts about motives and methods. I know that you are now swimming with sharks who are often motivated by exercising and proving their power and who often derive more satisfaction from destroying others than from winning for themselves.

I've posted a couple of times that the sharks may have motive to allow the share price to move up. With so much control in the hands of LT and The Placees, it's not possible to make predictions about their actions, actions that could include rollbacks, financings with LT friends who could gain 90% or greater ownership of Biodexa, taking Biodexa private, offloading most of the future value of the xB3 platform, all the way to running Biodexa in a manner that reflects the interests of all shareholders, however unlikely that may seem. I know they've been very careful and exhaustive in the setup, both to protect themselves legally and, yet, to get what they wanted, xB3. There are, in business, perfectly legal ways of destroying others.

On another note, over the years there have been times when digitel/prophetoffacts has posted stuff that I was almost certain came from Bioasis. We know that when Stockhouse is asked by a member to deactivate his account, as I just did with "JDavenport," that Stockhouse will not delete that member's posts. I didn't ask to have my posts deleted but Stockhouse wouldn't deactivate my account until I acknowledged to them that I understood that my posts would not be deleted, which was fine with me.

The other side of that, of course, is that if a member's account is deactivated and his posts removed by Stockhouse, it was likely for cause.

Knowing this suggests that prophetoffacts may have always been, and may remain, a gun for hire and that he does so without revealing it to readers. I've never been convinced that Stockhouse shuts a day trader down and deletes his posts for posting on the basis of his current trade, bashing when he's buying and pumping while he holds or is selling. I think they ban posters and delete their posts for more grievous, possibly illegal activities. You ought to consider these things when you read his posts. I don't think he's honest.

Some of you love bedlam, anger, and anarchy. You support those who reflect your own anger. You actively support the enemy of your enemy as a friend, and without consideration for your own welfare. Those attitudes and behaviours have manifested themselves on this forum for years. I have no doubt that for years it has played into the hands of those who wanted xB3 for themselves, and now they have it.

I think zwerp2000 offered as apt a benediction as any when he posted, "It's been over for a very, very long time."

I feared it, Rathjen knew it, and here we are.

You'll get a flavour of the plan very soon. You'll know whether Biodexa is taking on Denali, as it should. If they do, then everybody will make money. If this reaches a valuation similar to Denali's, of USD $3 billion, say, then with a billion shares outstanding, that would be almost $3.00 per share. Whether it's enough for LT and The Placees, or whether they want that big win for themselves remains to be seen.

Ok, off to Boomskid, but I'll be lurking. I'm curious.

Happy Holidays, or Merry Christmas, everybody.
