Biodexa wouldn't be funded for a year with $20 million, pof, and dilution with the exercising of the warrants would take place as well. Either another large financing or the selling of the xB3 platform will likely be needed to fund Biodexa.

It's possible that $30 million or more up front could be paid for xB3-001, but it's totally unknown who will own xB3-001 at the time, and would get that money.

I somehow doubt it will be Biodexa.
