Its Equipment segment primarily focuses on the design, manufacture, sale and service of proprietary medical devices and software, operating through the Company's subsidiary, VasoMedical, Inc., which in turn operates through Vasomedical Solutions, Inc. for domestic business and Vasomedical Global Corp. for international business, respectively.

abd their stocks are soon parted. No idea why sellers have moved in and dropped the price so close to year end. Nothing has changed fundamentally with this company. In fact their fourth quarter is generally a blowout. This is a buy and hold....certainly a stock that will rise substantially in the next few month. I guess some people have an avesion to making money, or they are just plain dumb.
