Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Take a look at the share price. The markets do not want to invest in a company which profits from dirty coal. Had management sold or spun off this stigmatizing asset, I believe the circumstances and eventually the share price of ELEF would have improved. Let's hope it's not too late to find a buyer.
