Buy Out OR Spin Out
$IE buying out $SRI for 100% of VRB is inevitable and a spin out of the other parts of SRI could happen soon after...
Or...
$IE could buy out $SRI but let them keep their gold properties and $SRI would continue to go on as a junior mining company.
Existing shareholders would in such a scenario keep their Sparton shares AND get paid in cash or be offered shares in $IE. Whatever scenario will pan out:
WE WILL ALL BENEFIT!
The shareprice is going up in anticipation of the event on January 22. (Fomo kicking in? Yes... )
