Mid January you say..! My calender says its the 5th.. I think his point is at some point those SPR releases will end.. maybe not today.. but its in the cards.. then at some point they will replenish.. maybe not today.. but its in the cards.. so even if its only 1 million barrels a week that's a 5 million adjustment each week, with little additional production and Russian production on a down trend.. a long term one I might add..

And that is why I am STILL holding my core position.  My trading portion was rotated in tech, gold, and a few REITS.  The jist of my post was that if he felt so sure of his predictions, then why did he sell?

I gave up on trying to establish rationale of why people sell a long time ago, as its a futile and rather irrlevant concern.. people sell for numerous reasons.. maybe he bought his sweetie a nice present for Xmas..??

 LMAO Moe!!!
Yes just maybe except that his posts are uber bullish.  As I said, no problem with selling but the posts are disingenious.

Now now now Octane.  I am only stating what I see.  I am not judging you on your business acumen. As I already said a few times before,. I too sold my trading position in the fall. as for posting something tha makes sense, I believe I have.  I am long on oil in 2023 and so talking about the sp fluctuations daily is pointless and I think BTE could have done better with the Q3 insofar as what the shareholders expected and what they actually delivered.  Pretty clear I think.

Sorry disregard my last post Octane.  I just read your reply.

*** Cobalt TOU is a play on Nat. Gas. and condensate. Would you not be better off playing HNU if you believe Nat. Gas. recovers from here?

HNU is for trading short term account, TOU in my long term account 11% Div i can just sit on, transition fuel

I would agree with that thinking.
