The Grass Valley Property is a lithium exploration project consisting of approximately 997 placer claims.

RE:Great NewsStill digesting the good news... So I am straight on my thinking, basically ICM still exist as a company (with their other license areas) - whereby shareholders retain their holding in ICM and get new / free shares in the new "MergeCo" ? Or have I got this totally wrong?
