From Dec 23/22 Newsroom update A positive, optimistic ISM Newsroom update posted Dec 23, 2022 is included after my comments.
Looks like great activity is anticipated in the next couple of months, Be interesting to see if management meet their own timeline of January 16th for a product roadmap as a starter which is setting the bar quite low. This intended roadmap is only verbage, verbage until contracts and revenues are generated. Verbage that unfortunately is reminiscent of Alex's "soon and anticipated." With that recent 30 k minus legal costs etc that could possibly keep us afloat for the next couple of months, maybe ? Lots of questions to be answered by management to shareholders that I for one want to see specifically addressed.
Basic questions like :
Who is working full time at ISM to make this company viable and who is just using it as a side gig ?
Is ISDV still involved ?
Since we are no longer relying upon resellers what efforts are being made by who (PR) to get our product to potential buyers ?
I see the ISM website has been updated with one of the first things you see is a firey image. House burning down, fire sale imminent what ?
No sense discussing SP as "it is what it is" based on lack of performance and lack of shareholder confidence in company and what management has done for last 10 months.
Heres a suggestion - a real technological advancement - a zoom call with shareholders and management to get us all on the same page ??? Even Alex held conference calls years ago that ended as a real sh.. show, but he tried.
Hope this all works out for all ISM shareholders and management and Board and techs are all working hard to make this company successful. Lack of bashers on this bullboard is a sad indicator that they can't make it seem worse than it already is.
That said, management your turn to step up please with a "Roadmap" that best reflects your combined best efforts at truthfully appeasing a growing sense of frustration and fatigue by shareholders.
"Tech Updates:
We wanted to provide an update on the progress of our technology and current projects. Our tech team has been making great progress on the development of our Long-Range hybrid protocol and has received positive data validation from deployed devices. We are preparing to deploy another batch of devices for further testing in the field. These deployments are crucial for getting real-world insights and ensuring that our technology is ready for full production deployment, which is scheduled to begin in January 2023.
Project Updates
Our Mexico City Transit Project is also proceeding smoothly, with devices currently deployed in the field. We are gathering valuable information about coverage, network augmentation, and packaging and power requirements. We are preparing a second batch of HALO nodes that incorporate improvements based on lessons learned from the first deployment. Our client has indicated that positive results from the second phase of deployment would be sufficient to trigger a full-scale production deployment within the first 90 days of 2023, and we remain optimistic about the project’s success.
In Chile, we have deployed a test fleet of devices for a retail messaging project and are currently working on the development of the client interface based on feedback from our partners in Santiago. This deployment will undergo rapid evaluation and testing over the next five weeks, with the expectation of larger paid deployments beginning in the first calendar quarter of 2023. This timing coincides with the final budget cycles of the target retailers.
Other Items of interest
Additionally, our development team is in the early stages of working with a potential manufacturing partner to reduce unit costs by 25% and lead times by 45 days. This is great news for us, as we have been affected by supply chain issues like many other manufacturers. Our product roadmap is nearly complete and is set to be released on January 16, 2022. We look forward to sharing more about the future of ISM Technology with you"
