The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

RE:RE: Institutionally Targeted Strategic PrivJust speculating here, but could an interested party be buying on the open market and building a substantial stake here. Way to stall such a move would be to get some shares into stable hands. Away from retailers. In any case, this will ensure company has some funds to negotiate a buy out, prove they can raise funds if they need to. But I also wonder why it feels rushed and timed to be just pre PEA. All the hallmarks that a serious offer may be sooner than later imo.
