Powerwave actually used less surfactant in stims, and waterflood is waterflood. Companies expect to use a lot of water in an EOR situation.
The Petrobras stoppage was caused by political unrest, where their wells were attacked. Lots of other anti-oil company actions to blame for other work stoppages. You'd have to have kept up to know about them... Freezerlearn wouldn't know any of that because he's clearly a newbie.
