They just had a $10 million loan extended with no problem for half the allowable extension time and several analysts believe as he stated they have several financing deals with a strategic in the works by early March.

Nickel mining is a dirty business and I'm sure Vale, BHP and others have to deal with asbestos and other carcinogenics.
