RE:RE:Random thoughts

Hello Dareg.
First, I agree completely with your sentiment. In addition, if I may add to your reasoning. Not every individual, throughout the corporate environment and life beyond will be good at everything. However in a leadership role it is important to recognize one's own shortcomings and compensate for them. That's leadership. I would argue that this is exactly what JSL did several years ago by bringing aboard Haber and Brune. I suspect JSL is not the only CRE voice at the negotiating table perhaps not even the loudest. They have continued this process by building and adding with a team of accomplished professionals for the (I believe) inevitable build.
I concede some days are frustrating however a look at the 1 year chart shows a 62% gain. Not as good as some but far better than most. Although the permit did not provide as much traction as many of us hoped , it was not inconsequential either. I considered  the permitting the wild card. We all hoped and thought it would be obtained but none of us knew for certain. Since then have taken advantage of what I consider a derisked bargain and have added at every pull back.
I continue to believe in the team. If I did not, I would never have invested so deeply. And as in several other equities. I would have been long gone.

cheers to all.
