"Yeah, pulling out the old trope that- things will be better after options are  announced- shows how lost you are on this company."- Hmmmm

Did I say that ?  I should have said, things often don't look so great just before options/RSU/PSU strike prices are set.   Nor is it always sunny out when a financing is arranged.  But I bet things always look better to the option and financing participants.   Maybe it's because they have sunnier dispostions ?

Do you think that Baxter and the select group that coughed up $5M just 50 days ago are crying themselves to sleep every night?

At best, they are voicing their displeasure about 1 December enrollee, directly to the BOD.  But then again, maybe not.


Me lost?  Nope... I know EXACTLY where I stand...and how much I am at risk.  And how much I can afford to lose.
