Both Hearts Hill and Cuthbert assets have full infrastructure in place with facilities that can handle approximately 75,000-barrels of emulsion each. The Company's Pouce Coupe property is located in Alberta.

RE:FinancingVery disappointing this news for small retail shareholders who have been around for a while. I thought this stock would have done better than that. Sad to say, but stay away from PEI because this stock is not there to reward small retail investors!!! There are other juniors in oil much better than this stock!! STAY AWAY!!!
