The Greater Dawson operating area includes Dawson Phases I, II, III and IV and Parkland. The Attachie is a condensate-rich, natural gas play primed for large-scale development. Sunrise is a dry natural gas play with a low-cost structure, well deliverability and direct connectivity to liquefied natural gas Canada.

WAY MORE GOOD THAN BAD

~$3 gas is not even bad, and ~$80 WTI is amazing.
These are the HERE AND NOW parameters investors FOOLISHLY obsess over. Look to the BIG PICTURE - ARX is a MASSIVE PRODUCER, well positioned to supply LNG into a continuous growing market. This is why I was a BIG BUYER today. Can't always time things perfectly, but the value is there now, so I went on a shopping spree.
