Need to go back a couple posts where we "politically" discussed Mr Lee's (TT Red House Energy Critic) commentary on the Dragon gas project vis a vis "first gas" . 

PB made these comments at an Energy Fora (Picture of TXP reps posted on Twitter) currently/recently underway. His point being there is an inflection point that is detremental to TXP's income/revenue. This point is/also discussed/observable in the last financial report.
