Refinitiv does not show his fund in top 10 for Peller A stock.  They only have 7 funds holding stock.

Institutions decreased their holdings of Peller by 22% and don't own much anymore.  This is actually long term bullish because interest rates will come down eventually and funds will start piling back in.
