Please say it isn't so Mr. Nazarpour, say it isn't so?

Please say it isn't so Mr. Nazarpour, say it isn't so?

Does Black Swan Graphene simply provide more serious coming competition for NanoXplore or can it actually be the very company and graphene centric "integrated" business enterprise which, as the name implies, would represent a "Black Swan Event" seriously impacting what NanoXplore" has been attempting to accomplish, particularly what NanoXplore would be seeking to successfully accomplish during this five year strategic business development and downstream graphene sales investments phase?

Keep in mind that I hadn't ever really maintained much confidence at all in the so called graphene purchase agreement which the principals over at Gerdau had entered into with NanoXplore some time ago.

I didn't trust Gerdau then and since Gerdau Graphene's move into a non-binding agreement along with Mason Graphite and Black Swan Graphene as relating to Noveau Monde Graphite, I had then been provided even more good reason not to trust Gerdau principals.
After all, Gerdau principals and Gerdau Graphene principals seeming to me to be far too unnecessarily delaying a most serious increasing graphene materials purchasing relationship with NanoXplore (at least 4,000 tpa), whislt demonstrating Gerdau's kind of acting like "a snake in the grass" with Mason Graphite-Black Swan Graphene and as pertains to Nouveau Monde Graphite . . .
Suffice to say it's something I simply don't like nor, as yet, in any way can appreciate until NanoXplore's representatives clear the air, so to speak, with respect to such a issue of contention.

"Black Swan aims to leverage the low cost and green hydroelectricity of the province of Qubec as well as the proximity of the eventual graphite production sites of the province in order to establish a fully integrated supply chain, reduce overall costs, and accelerate the deployment of graphene usage.
Black Swan’s graphene processing technology was developed by Thomas Swan & Co. Ltd ("Thomas Swan") over the last decade.
Thomas Swan is a United Kingdom-based global chemicals manufacturer, with a century-long track record and has been at the forefront of graphene innovation."
