Who's getting taken to the cleaners? 
Rio is basically telling us they are in fact (as long been assumed) Client B and are trialing 4 torches. Does that mean they will go on with the subsequent 130 torches orders that was NR at one point? Absolutely not. But the possibility is still there. One day we'll find out their direction. Your guess is as good as anyone else's here no matter how negative a picture you try to paint.
