I'll let the experts hash it out, I'm not jumping to any conclusions, one way or the other. The one thing that always puzzled me was TAAT's statement about synthetic nicotine being nonaddictive.

The other patent also said something like, the smell was nuetral, while TAAT claims its product is designed to smell specifically like tobacco. Also as TAAT highlighted in response, the other patent includes Tobacco as part of the base material.

There's still a lot of ballgame left in this patent application, lets see what happens.
