That they didn't take out term loans for their assett purchases is precisely the problem - when rates were at generational lows, they didn't take advantage of that to lock in the rates? This company for all its promise, makes these mind numbing missteps. It's frustrating as hell. They are the Maple Leafs of my portfolio.
