so now you are assuming they did not comply, apply, reply,....WTF. Read, do the MATH on the actual news release (these are sometimes important documents!).

You WANT TO find fault so you go wherever you want (your interpretation of mining law) even thought the news is INSIDE OF THE MINING LAWS.
