January Form 7....another loan

During the month of January 2023, a related party to the Issuer provided a loan to the
Issuer in the amount of $130,000 CAD. The loan is unsecured and due on demand, simple
interest of 6% per annum will accrue on the loan and an additional loan fee of $6,500 will
be payable to the related party as a loan fee.
