RE:RE:RE:RET.A versus RET spread"anyone chasing the same shares at a higher price is by definition dumb money"  that is exactly whats happened with RET.A over the course of a month and a half.

great hedgefund research was shared with a $12 price target.  how many value guys jumped all over that?  none.  price has not even moved.
