ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:Disappointing give-away! Management has side deals for sure. You actually think your measely 75000 shares make ANY difference ??? lol
Everyone on this board and thousands of others who DON'T post can vote NO and the outcome sale will proceed like you were not even there. Never fails, all SMALL FRY think their litlle bitty share holdings actually matter ??? Only if you have 20% to 25% which would be way OVER 100 MILLION SHARES and even than, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY since before this came out they, meaning SBB have already secured over 50% to ACCEPT THIS DEAL. So get it straight, there is ZERO you can do, since you simply DON'T MATTER.
