PP at 8 cents

PP at 8 centsROVR is having a difficult time closing a 8 CENT PP.  WOW!! I wonder why they cannot close an 8 CENT PP to carry aout a drilling program on their great lithium property!!  All that  hype about lithium and it looks like investors are not lining up to purchase the in-expensive 8 CENT PP. 3 months and  counting.
