Fortune Minerals Limited is a mining company. It is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. It is focused on developing the NICO Cobalt-Gold-Bismuth-Copper Project in the Northwest Territories and Alberta that produces a bulk concentrate for shipment to a refinery that it plans to construct in southern Canada. It also maintains the right to repurchase the Arctos anthracite coal deposits in northwest British Columbia. It also has a 100% interest in these 116 hectares of property south of Great Slave Lake with copper, silver, gold, lead and zinc showings. It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Well... I do have opinion on that, a recent mining  gathering in Vancouver that had great NWT gov attendance along with a large TliCho contingent was a missed opportunity to help gauge exactly what you ask !! 

we did not attend ! So we missed having at least some picture taking and some handshaking with people ...who are, IMO, critical to our Critical Mineral project and would have been some indication of good things. 

In reality it appears status quo, nobody moves nobody gets hurt so at this point we don't have a clue! 

If, RG attends this NWT committee hearing on the 27 at 1030 am in meeting room A of the leg assembly bld. ( may be avail live streaming) maybe he will take time to visit the TliCho people and would help us assess and address your question.
